This feature is the project’s ‘breathing space’, including multi-functional green areas, pocket parks, creative landscaping, shade structures and innovative lighting. It is also home to the Mosque and the Clubhouse.

CLUBHOUSE

GEWAN ISLAND’S HEART OF AMENITIES

Designed as a low-rise building, the Clubhouse is an unobtrusive presence, but it is the heart of the amenities serving Gewan Island’s residents. Centrally located within The Banana Park, between the Island’s Mixed-Use Central Spine and Private Villa zone, the Clubhouse fosters a vibrant sense of community within the development.

THE MOSQUE

A landmark building within the development, Gewan Island’s iconic modern Mosque stands out as a beacon of spirituality. Its interior design is centered on a naturally lit main prayer hall to accommodate up to 260 worshippers, plus a female prayer hall for up to 90 at the mezzanine level.
